Daniel founded AiTearoa after a decade running an import/export business, where aligning operations and applying AI to time-intensive work gave the team hours back every week. Two years as a growth advisor with Business Canterbury and MBIE sharpened the conviction: NZ operators don't need another platform — they need their operations aligned and the right work automated.
For the first time, the technology can deliver that. New AI models and orchestration systems make it possible to build a customised operating system for any business — one elegant platform that ties sales, operations, communications, and knowledge into a single way of working, removing the friction between systems that quietly costs every NZ business hours every day.
AiTearoa exists to build that. A small, dedicated team of specialist software engineers with security architecture and design at the core, partnered with operators who want to spend less and produce more.
